ever wonder what the bolt looks like for the wind wings. mine was broken.

 

 

one bolt is broken.

other bolt is the new one.

you can see how the factory bent the bolt over on one.

the other one is mine with the new one pressed in.

 

the factory ground the glass to have it fit with the bolt sticking up.

took me a while but you mean wing window. i was like WTF?? I'm just going to replace mine with newer doors with the solid window no more stupid 2 pc deal

wind wing is old term. i would replace them but around here they are to expensive.

Nice! Mine is broken too. The window just flaps in the breeze. Where did you get the bolts? How did you separate the glass from the frame? This would be a nice DIY article.

the window almost fell out. just tap on the metal piece and away it goes.

black gasket maker i have in a pressurized can. the rubber was destroyed.

i'll post a pic when i get there. i'm making petals, a dead petal, finishing the wiring clean up, changing the clutch(leaking) master, running wire for the new lights and fixing the windows at the same time. you know, easily bored, so this keeps me going forward. :bowdown: to myself.
