jpnjim Posted March 1, 2010 Author Posted March 1, 2010 Good choice on the Ravine wheels. Me likee. To dress up the two front center hubs, you can pick up a pair of these: http://www.amazon.com/Mr-Gasket-2485-Chrome-Dust/dp/B000CMD5BM Dresses it up well. Thanks Hornbrod, that would help allot. Have you tried these before, is that the right size (1.790" Diameter)? They also make a 2.180" set (PN 2486). (I do have a tape measure if you're not sure ;) )

I thought about Outlaws, You could even stretch things, and say they're 'borderline correct' for MJ's, since YJ Renagades used them while MJ's were still being built, (= they're a legit factory part that you probably could've gotten 'dealer installed' on a new MJ if you new the right strings to pull), Tho I'm set with these Ravine's now
HOrnbrod Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 The 1.790" diameter is close to correct for the 2WD dust caps. I have them on my rig. They are little loose w/o a shim; I simply cut out a 1/4" strip of aluminum from a beer can, formed it around the edge of the cap, then tapped them in. If you need a better pic let me know.

Ravine's are on their way to bumping the 5.9 Silverstars off as my: "favorite XJ/MJ wheel of all time"
WahooSteeler Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 Man, she cleaned up nice. Or should I say "he" since the truck's name is Granpa LOL! Looks great with the Ravines, but like Don I'm biased. :brows:
jpnjim Posted April 28, 2010 Author Posted April 28, 2010 On Page 1 of this thread I linked a page that had knock off (copies) of Rubi wheels. Well, it looks like they've knocked the Ravine wheels too. They're available in Silver, Black-ish grey/silver (Hyperblack), fully Black centers, and (I'm thinking specifically for hornbrod) CHROME. :clapping: Starting at around $470 shipped http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Set-4-15 ... ccessories http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Set-4-15 ... ccessories http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Set-4-15 ... ccessories http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Set-4-15 ... ccessories and the bling:
