wallisek
For a stock replacement, I've always used RAM Clutches. The kits come with the throwout bearings and alignment tool which is nice. They are always by far much cheaper than kits available at the local part stores too. Jegs and Summit carries them. http://www.ramclutches.com/Applications/jeep_2.htm Just a word to the wise about their clutch discs. Not all of them are stamped ENGINE / TRANS. The one for my Cherokee was. The set I bought for my CJ7 wasn't. I installed the clutch sometime after midnight after working non-stop all day...long story short I wasn't paying attention and installed the disc backwards. :shake: If you are going to do a clutch job, inspect the flywheel while you are under there. If it needs replaced, now is the time to do it. Whatever you do, don't re-surface the flywheel.

WBKrazy
i've always had good luck with LUK clutch sets... i think centerforce makes a dual friction clutch for the ax-5 as well..
Wakerider933
thanks man i found that the line from the clutch mater cylinder had a small leak in the line that goes to the tranny but and was putting out enough pressure. but i wasnt low on fluid at all which is why i assumed i must have been the clutch. seems like your in a great situation, good luck with her.
