my dash lights quit working and i know the issue is in the dash should i wait to just get a new dash with a tach and not waste my time with the light issue?

transfercase stuck in gear

tear it apart you should be able to see the problem right away, if its a NP231 i know those are extremely simple and parts are easy to get -
mine also was leaking through the door seal some of it was missing and caused alot of cold air to enter the cab

now that i have removed the height sensing valve what flex line should i use with a 4 inch lift?

i would like to put a sub or subs in mine, could you take pictures of how your box is setup?

Eagle, what do you suggest in place of the stock valve? cap the return line at the front block and run the feed line to a T?

thanks man i found that the line from the clutch mater cylinder had a small leak in the line that goes to the tranny but and was putting out enough pressure. but i wasnt low on fluid at all which is why i assumed i must have been the clutch. seems like your in a great situation, good luck with her. -
tundra cover installation

i used a cover for an f150, if its bigger you can just cut down the frame and have some one make the cover fit. cost me $30 to get the cover done and i got the rest for free -
what clutch will give me the best bang for my buck? i have a 89 with the ax-5. where can i get synchros while i have it out?

i don't have linkage i hand shift it and i counted the clicks i know its in 2wd -

ill check the fluid and see if that helps i know it isnt going into 2wd but the shift arm is in 2wd position -

its not the light the the tires chirp when i turn the lever in the case goes to 2wd but inners never make it past 4 hi i jacked it up all the way around and let it idle while i shifted it by hand i can shift it to 2wd but the front drive shaft is still being powered -
since i don't have linkage i have to hand shift my transfer case, and i cannot get it into 2wd i have tried rolling it while i shift the arm but i have yet to make it into 2wd. any suggestions?

I bought a comanche with the transfer case out, i have everything together but i cannot get the linkage to work with my np231 t case. i have 2 of the arms that go on the transfer case, i no clue of which is the right one. can anyone take a picture of theres in 4lo and 2hi. any help is much appreciated Thank you

I Just got a new Comanche yesterday and the transfer case was out after getting every thing installed i cannot get the stock linkage right can anyone take a picture of how it should be or describe how it needs to work? thank you i have a NP231j
