El Cerrito is where Creedence Clear Water Revival got its start, it has since become an area filled with elderly folks in Million dollar homes. I suspect that this may be an add for someones Father or Grandfather that has passed away and the executers of the will are trying to sell off the estate that don't have a clue about the truck other than it is rare.
