There's an MJ sitting in the yard in Row 40. I pulled the bumper and Class 3 hitch already. It's a 5 spd, short bed, bench seat, sliding rear window, foam headliner (kind of poor shape). The bed is in fantastic shape and has tail lights still. The motor was still mostly intact.

 

Just a heads up for the rest of you. I would have liked to snag the tailights and sell them here but couldn't get them off and didnt wanna damage them.

 

There's also a bunch of XJs that are newly on the lot. I'd recommend checking them out. One of them has a strange set-up with a CB antenna hooked to what looked to be an amp (increasing the signal?). Not a police XJ, though.

nothing's 100% with Jeep. :D in 86 it was a 207 or a 229. and there's always the chance a 242 was swapped in. Son't forget that there are different kinds of 231 too, i.e.: 21 and 23 spline inputs.
