freakjeep93 Posted November 7, 2009 Share Posted November 7, 2009 for all who don't know I'm joinin the canadian army reserves and i did my physical fitness test today. the requierments were 19 sit ups and pushups 75 psi of grip and soever many levels of a step test. i did 21 pushups 21 sit ups , 90 psi of grip , and 2 levels of the step test before my heart rate was 168 :ack: then i had to wait 5 mins for my heart to slow down so they could let me leave.... god I'm outta shape.... Hmm. Maybe more so they know you can hold onto a wrench? What's the step test? I keep thinking I might wind up in the military if my civilian job tanks...
