LWB Roll Bar Question...

A local guy has roll bar I get get fairly reasonable, but it's for a LWB. Has anyone modified a LWB roll bar to fit a SWB? What all was involved?

is it a factory unit that mounts to the forward angled edge of the wheelwell? or an aftermarket unit that mounts to the top of the wheelwell?

It's a factory bar, according to the owner. He says it mounts on top of the wheel wells.

factory bars do not easily change from one bed to the other. If it was aftermarket, that'd be different.

 

And for clarification, that bar is said to mount to the front of the wheelwell. aftermarket bars mount directly on top.
