Clutch Pedal

Anybody ever broke the clutch pedal? I haven't found any evidence so far. I wasn't driving it and I'm stuck at the fire station so I haven't looked at it. I'm hoping it will be a straight forward repair. There was one manual tranny XJ at the pull-a-part, so I'll be heading up there when I get off.

I've never heard of a clutch pedal breaking, but I guess there's always a first time for everything. 8)

I remember several XJ pedals breaking a few years back. Was the result of crappy welding. It's a pretty easy repair. You could probably even have your old one re-welded to be stronger than stock. Hey, then you could add "clutch pedal mod" to your sig line:D!
