mjeff87
What about SUA Dakota leaves? There's a '94 4 cyl 2WD Dakota sitting in the 'yard now that's been freed of the rear axle, and the leafpacks are just dangling there, waiting for somebody (me?) to come along and nip them....for $13 a pack, are they worth anything? (I've got a new-to-me set of 4WD MJ packs to go under mine when I SOA soon, but if anyone can use these Dakota packs I'll get them) Jeff
feerocknok
I've got Dakota packs on my Toy. SUA stock, I believe about 54 or 56" long, and 2.5" wide. I have the third leaf and overload pulled with looong shackles and the springs are still Way stiff. (The truck is lighter than our MJs though.) They are the right width though, and would work to bastardize with.
Oizarod115
my buddy has a 92 v6 dakota 4x4 and it sits QUITE a bit taller than my MJ.. though you never know if someone has AAL-ed it previously or anything like that. but it definately sits higher than my MJ. and WAY taller than any 2wd dak. i think they came with different height springs with differnet models?
