1984-1996 Jeep Comanche on that fender, he he.

To be completely honest, if I had to do it again, I wouldn't have wasted my time putting the baja fenders on my XJ unless I was going full-width on it. They weigh the same as normal fenders, except they don't dent, they shatter. Aftermarket fiberglass panels take a lot of massaging to get them to fit like factory, and often never will. To each their own, though.

I had the same idea to put these fenders on mine, but mainly b/c I wanted alittle more clearance and my bed sides are kinda rusting out so I gotta replace at least part of them so I figured replace rust with something that won't rust. Heck my last truck had pretty much a full fiberglass bed so worrying about the bedsides crackin isn't a big worry for me.

Has anyone worked with fiberglass much? Just thinking about playing with some different designs for bedsides, wondering how hard it would be.
