88mjmanche Posted January 16, 2009 Posted January 16, 2009 all right i have been looking for a steering stablizer for a 88 comanche and i have lots of extra skyjacker shocks i was just wondering if a shock is the same as a steering stablizer :dunno:
BLHTAZ Posted January 16, 2009 Posted January 16, 2009 No...shocks are much stronger than a stabilizer and would make steering very hard...not to mention that they are also much larger and would likely be a tough job to make it fit in there.

manche Posted January 17, 2009 Posted January 17, 2009 i just installed my rancho i got at the JY for $5 got new stabalizer in a rancho the od one had no resist and no gas in it
