Windowsrookie
I've been looking through the threads, and there's a lot of info scattered around all over. I just want to know what exactly I need for the easiest (plug and play) swap. I believe I need a 1995-1996 XJ, Booster, Master Cylinder, Prop Valve, and Pedal Assembly? I also need some sort of adapters? And new brake lines need to be bent? Finally, what do I do about the Prop Valve on the rear axel? And can I pick up the brake line I need at an Auto Parts store? offroader461
Simply put: *get a 95-96 booster/master cylinder(don't forget the aluminum spacer) *get a 95-96 pedal assembly w/brake switch (easy to wire in...don't waste your time doing the filing crap with the old switch NOT WORTH IT) *take the old fitting off your lines (proportioning valve side) and the fittings off the new master cylinder side and go have new lines made with the fittings in the correct spot(don't waste your time with adapters) *Leave the rear load sensing valve in...it will work the same... I did it this exact way and has worked perfectly for the last year!

Windowsrookie
Thanks guys, hardest part appears to be making the lines. What size is the steel line so I can make it?
