xj_dummy Posted December 31, 2008 Posted December 31, 2008 I made this one and you can use my pattern if you want to. Please note though, I am 6'5" so my bench seat is all the way back, so I don't move the seat. Image Not Found Material used; 4. 3" long stainless machine screws. 8. each 1/4" flat washers, lock washers, aand nuts. 4. 1/4" T nuts 1/2" plywood Print this out for a 8.5x11 paper. Image Not Found Image Not Found I was thinking if I had one of those steering wheels that came with tilt that has the allen head screws. That I would go to fastnall and get that style of screw for the cup holder to match.
xj_dummy Posted December 31, 2008 Author Posted December 31, 2008 Another Idea is that under the gear shift console there is a spare lite plug. I asume its for the automatic lite. I thought of using it to lite the holder some way. Maybe use the lite from the ashtray or the lite from the cigerate liter and atatch it to the holder some how. :dunno:
