need help with my sig

How do I make a link in my signature that doesn’t look like some long drawn out web address? Some way to hyperlink it to were it only says JEEP ( or what ever ) and it goes straight to my build page when ever you click on it. I know there is a way to do it. I'm just trying to fix my sig so it don’t look so bad!

I added a space after the first url so you could see the pattern, but that's the format.
