Can someone here convert a Jpeg image into a Vector file?

edit: AVI is the wrong one, the correct term is Vector. Thanks Taz!

Turns out that the image form that the new decal image is in can't be modified directly and they would need to convert it to photoshop to make the minor changes I want, then convert it back and blah blah blah. But I don't want to pay them to do that. I think I'd rather go back and modify the original artwork myself (using microsoft paint) and then have it converted to Vector for use as our new logo decal. I just want to clean up some of the intersections and corners so it's easier to weed the decals (which I do myself to keep the costs down). The image as it stands right now was never intended to be a decal, just an image.

:beerhead: No problem...

From what I understand, the Vector is created from a high quality graphic like an .EPS and can then be edited maintaining it's high quality. If it is multi-colored, the colors can be broken apart in layers and edited individually and then reassembled.

Man...I have to learn how to do this stuff on my own...
