you just have to know what you're looking for, GoJeep has it done on his 4.0 and that's australia! i think the mech. fan pulls 2000CFM but i wouldnt settle for less than 2500CFM myself due to cooling issues with the 4.0L http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_10001_10002_752006_-1_10117http:// that one is complete with a thermostat style switch that cuts on and off for you. for 125$ and 2800CFM 15" fan EDIT: gojeep actually states 2000CFM minimum, 3000 for heavy towing/offroad use. here's the article, there's also one beneath this on the home page a bout a 4500stock ford taurus fan :eek: bout to go read that next. http://gojeep.willyshotrod.com/HowtoElectricFan.htm what is cfm mean?

mine is an auto tho no DUMPING here but i can preload better w/o buring my tires to H3ll

i want lower gears and posi for a better launch when i drag/"street"race i spend more time city driving than highway as of now i hang with most v8's up to about 75mph then i stop cause i don't need that big of a speeding ticket :papers: i got enough as is hehehe but i want a harder lanuch i got plenty power you all know that but not so good gears 4.10 would be good but i would need posi cause of the wheel spin i all ready got is bad enough. When you spin it is hard to win. It is a little thing i say about all racing.

i am getting some bigger tires soon will the stock axle handle a 29x10.50-15LT TRXUS STS (it is all the superswamperadds) will the 8.8 ford it bolt right in to my truck?

will a 4wd posi rear end fit on my stock 2wd body? and the gearing?

it is the 4.0 (177hp), auto trans, very worn 28" they are like 27" now

it is a stock pioneer d35 (2wd) i don't know the gearing any help and i would like posi if able did the 4wd have a posi in the rear?

well i got a 60 flowmaster on my 88 mj 4.0 and it is dumped just about 18"before the axle and it is not too loud but about 1000 to 1200 rpm it sounds just like a V8 and on the other note. the "flow" is right when you get on it you can really hear it almost like you got a blower on the motor hey i got a good leak in my intake manifold gasket at between piston #5-6 and it makes a wine sound like got a blower, is this a problem i need to fix or will it be fine (i like it a little)
