Can Spell Comanche (2/11)

  1. Do you still need the ebrake bolts? The yard near where I work has 2 mjs on it. And since I know the guy he probably wouldn't miss them. Haha
  2. This is the one in the jy here. Sorry it took so long. They are asking $70 for it. I don't know if thats a good price or not, I've never looked at one before. So if ya want it let me know, I can run snag it and you pay actual shipping cost. I didn't see any chips or cracks when I looked at it. David
  3. @welcome- any luck yet?
  4. Not that far. Augusta, Ga
  5. Crown automotive makes a replacement fuel sending unit that is not to expensive. I think 4wd.com has them for an mj. If not Google is your friend. Good luck and welcome
  6. But a 23 gal tank is a good idea... might have to look into it
  7. To bad ya don't have Kroger. I save my points till it's $1.00 off.
  8. Seems legit. Lol
  9. @Jeepcomc- if you happen to have seatbelts that would help. The ones I have are worn, but functional. Except for one female, it fell apart. So that would be nice to replace.
  10. My mj has that same color interior. Hard to find.
  11. I found two MJ's in a junk yard in a podunk town here. One had a moon visor on it. Don't know who made it. I am going back next week, j know it's still there, I'll shoot some picks and ask what he wants for it, see if it is what you want and in the right price range. You pay the yard cost and shipping and I'll pull it and ship it to ya.
  12. Lol. OK. I'll keep that I'm mind if I ever do one.
  13. BTW, how hard was the 3800 motor swap? I saw another 86 with a 2.8 and a blown motor. So just curious.
  14. Ummmmmmm......OK. That is very generous, thank you. I have no problems paying for them though. It's getting hard to find some stuff. My zip is 30809. You let me know $$ wise either way.
  15. I'm in no huge rush. I sold my other truck, so the mj is my dd until I find what I want to replace it. But my son (turning 15 in 2 months) informed me he wanted it when he turns 16. It's been in the family since new, but mainly a farm truck and woods truck. So now time to buckle down, dump a few dollars in it and get it fixed up for the next generation. Look forward to dealing.
