I just interviewed for a "promotion" here at work. It would be a lot better shift (M-F 8:00-4:30), better hourly pay (though it would about even out with what I make in commision now), and it would get me out of the sales department (and into the internet department). The good news is I would have WAY more time to spend with my family, a lot less stress, and a more enjoyable work day. The bad news...I wouldn't be working in sales anymore and would have to send all my customers to other sales guys. Don't worry, CC memebers will still get their discount. So wish me luck, pray, think about me, or whatever your beliefs lead you to do. I need all the support I can get...we won't find out who got the spot until Monday. It's going to be a long weekend. :cheers:

Head gasket or cracked head. I just went through swapping out my engine because I didn't realize I had the same problem and kept running it. Ended up destroying the engine running coolant through it. IMO, your best bet is to pull the head, check for cracks, and replace the gasket. Hopefully, it's just the gasket. Good luck! :cheers:

I've only been here about a year or so, however, I know that Kristen (the girl who took over running the program) is very much involved and very reliable about getting things taken care of for the clubs. She, like most of us here, loves her job and puts a lot of effort into it. How long ago did this issue take place? Was it with a particular club that you were part of? Was the issue resolved? If not let me know and we'll get you taken care of. :cheers:

After a lot of back and forth with the hire ups, I was able to convince them that CC is more than a forum, it's a club. With that said, I am trying to get us set up through the club program. The benefits of the club program are that you would get 10% off MOST items (there are a few exclusions) everytime you order over the phone or in one of our stores (4 Wheel Drive Hardware and 4 Wheel Parts). Not just through me. This includes items for Comanches, other Jeeps, Trucks, and anything else we carry. 4WD will also give 3% of whatever our members spend back to the club. This would be great to help cover the cost of magnets, cards, stickers, this forum, etc. Not everybody has to sign up, this is completely optional, but the more the merrier. Unfortunately, it's just through me. I had to get special permission from the managers here in the call center. You can always call me in the future and we can have it shipped directly to your house or you can pick up in store if it's more convenient. I'm working on trying to get CC in our club program so that we can add a code onto everyone's account so that you all get the discount with everyone / at every store. But it might take some time. I'll keep everyone posted though. Nice looking rollbar by the way.

I paid a little extra ($7) and got a warranty on them. For three years, if even the paint tarnishes, I can bring them back and get brand new ones. I'm not sure if it will cover breakage, but possibly. You can see in the picture that I still have my temporary hardware holding it in. That will be corrected this weekend as well. If you got that through us (4WD Hardware) it covers everything. I even get the warranty for most of my stuff, and I work here! And if you did get it through us make sure you call me so I can apply your CC discount.

I've got the same lights on mine. They seem to work ok, but be careful, the lenses on those tend to break easily (or so I've come to find out).
