  2. I would not even have a clue what to call it at this point,.. Crapmanche?? LOL Well I lost a bit of motivation due to my work life balance and the fact that its been nucking futz the last couple of weeks,,...... So Wifey and I are taking off to California this weekend from Friday returning Monday to recharge the batteries,... I am starting to worry about the "Comp" XJ and its rebuild time for the July 1st weekend race so Ihave to really get on the MJ. More pics once i get some real work done. On that note the 98 power window doors are now working but the mirrors and door locks have me confusidid (confused) at the the moment
  3. I made a booth from a old car tent, a roll of poly, tape, 2 x 20" fans filters on the inlet and outlet, and lights,.. I change the filters between coats,... I didn't use Rustolem though... Google Jenssen 93 XJ rebuild - No Tech

  7. So I decided to shift gears, and try somthing I have never done,.. The headliner,.. was out with my Wife and we stopped at the fabric store,.. Grabbed some batting and headliner-ish fabric. So I started on stripping the old crap off,.. Hosed on the 3M spray glue and attached the batting Then I did the same with the fabric It's not perfect but it looks pretty damn good I think for the $20ish dollars I invested in the experiment :)
  8. I was on my way back to work from lunch and saw this on the hook,.. I followed it to a local shop, it's getting parted but I couldn't get into view it, it's a 90MJ 4x4 , question is what are the chances it has a D44 rear end?

  10. Well I needed some more instant gratification tonight so I decided to sand the roof,.. peeling clearcoat,.. seems innocent right? first couple of passes,.. oh wait what do we have here???? FAWK more rust,... Should of named this the "Leper" Project,..
  11. Maybe the dash needs to be cleaned deep down but the grey door panels dint seem to match the dash
  12. or just get grey 99 door panels.. I have grey, they don't match so I was hoping to find black parts

  14. I want the black dash to go with the 99 door panels on the dump humper project,... Black is so much easier to match up over grey.

  19. That's why I love metal take it apart put it back together and you can blend it so it looks like it never happened :)

  21. Felt a bit bogged down and a touch overwhelmed so I decided to get some instant gratification and cherry pick a few jobs on the Manche,... Old hole for a topper I assume and a bit of body work happened,..
  22. Just finishing up some metal finishing in the door jams,.. Test spot on etch primer to see what it will show up for areas of improvement some finishing on the "A" pillar,..
