yes possible, not safe but possible. if the diaphram in the booster is bad then you'll just have harder to push bad brakes.

The other night i was driving home and my 89 just went dead. when i say dead, i mean the engine shut off, the headlights,turn signals, braka lights, the radio, everything else electrical just quit. the only thing this truck would do is crank the engine, not start just turn over. After checking all the fusible links, I started chasing wires to see what happened, long story short, run a new ground wire from the battery to the body.Not only did that fix the problem but, my voltmeter has stated working. I told tou all that so i could tell you this, if your voltmeter lies to you like mine has since i bought the truck, tou can fix it by running a new body ground.

i would avoid the rivits, unless it made me feel better after i welded it. the 110 fluxcore should be fine just go slow and stitcth it in good.

How hard are fuel injectors to clean/replace

not hard at all,relieve the fuel pressure , unplug the wires from each injecter, unbolt the fuel rail and gently pry up, once it's up you can just pull out the injecters by hand, then revrse order to get it back together. -

I do have a donor, but it has an auto trans in it. I was thinking of staying with the ax15. It's my understanding that you just have to swap the output shaft in order for it to work, or is that wrong?

I'm a newbie so please bare with me. I am going to turn an 1989 mj from 2wd into 4wd. ithink i have figured out what tcase i need, but don't know how to identify one from another. any help would be appreciated.
