Could anyone with OEM injectors tell me a part number or the best place to get some O-Rings? I just recently completed upgrading to the H.O. Exhast Manifold and upon putting my fuel rail back together i have a massive leak from all injectors. Noticed the o-rings are flattened out so pretty sure i just need replacements.

Ended up ordering a felpro from Summit Racing and it fit. Glad i'm not the only one to experience that.

Has anyone ran into an issue with either Renix or H.O. header where the donut gasket to the downpipe doesn't fit? This ebay header i picked up the donut looks like it is the exact same size as the pipe it needs to slide on.

Anyone know if the Standard Motor Products KS99 is compatible with renix? This is what i'm getting when looking for a new knock sensor for my 88 4.0. Looks totally different than the OEM unit but still appears to have the same connector. Any help appreciated.........hoping to order one today.

Thank you sir!! I assume the plug for the renix intake.....that is the part number written below it? And i assume per the writeup i use a renix gasket? I do like the idea of replacing the exhaust manifold and intermediate pipe with HO variants to get rid of the EGR bung. I was already wanting to replace the intermediate pipe.

Anyone know what i can use as a plug on the intake and exhaust manifolds to remove the EGR tube between them? This is the last bit i need to take care of for EGR delete. Thanks everyone!

So how does one remove the lenses off of a set of MJ taillights? I guess it has glue that you could pop them in an oven for a few minutes to then pry apart?

New to me Kenwood head unit. Also i used some flat ABS to fill the holes in the dash bezel so i can eventually add some extra gauges and switches. Still need to get this piece painted but i'm close.

Started working on deleting the load sending valve in the rear since it was not working and leaking to begin with. I'll eventually go with a different proportion valve up front.

This was right after i pulled the interior to check the floors. We got some repair to do here.

Picked up a bench seat recently. Need to get it to my friend who runs his own upholstery shop and get it recovered. She's in pretty good shape otherwise.

Replaced the rear brakes and e-brake cables. I have the front e-brake cable as well but that won't get installed until after i complete rust repair on the floors.

That's good to hear! Are there any resources on what parts i need to source and maybe where might be the best place to find them? I would assume Rockauto or junkyard at first thought.

Has anyone retrofitted A/C into a non A/C manche? I would love to have working A/C in mine since it won't be a dedicated trail rig. Or would it be easy enough to just buy a 97+ donor XJ with A/C and just perform a 97+ swap for the interior and all drivetrain?

I tried searching and also looking at the DIY index but none of the articles spoke anything about the 97+ door upgrade. Is it true that all i need other than the doors is the 97+ strikers off of the XJ?

This might seem silly but is is possible to straighten that coil of line out? I'm going to want to run some of it straight. Other than that.....thanks guys! i'm definately going to go this route and get the gravel guard as well.

Anyone have any info on where i can get all of the exterior window trim pieces for the doors? Working on my 88 restoration with 97+ doors and would like to have all new window trims.

Anyone know if the rear hard lines for D35 are available anywhere? And if not could someone post a picture of their rear axle showing those lines? I want to replace the "janky" rear lines the PO put on with either OEM or custom length lines that i can bend to look like the OEM runs.

Has anyone ran into this one? I removed all four nuts but the clutch fan seems stuck to the pulley. Even a couple light blows to try and loosen it do nothing. Was considering heat but open to other solutions.

Got it. Thx guys! I have a feeling it may be broken cable. Any good resources for a replacement if that is the case? Haven't looked at Rockauto just yet.
