Going to try to mess with the cowl again and see if thats it

So it rained pretty hard the last 2 nights and now I came out to my jeep with window all wet passanger side carpet with little puddles and the head liner is pretty wet in some areas but I'm not sure if that's just from moisture in the cab or not. Any tips this time what it could be??

Yeah my issue is that i see that 87 comanches with a manual tranny have issues using xj long arm kits

Whos got long arms on there comanche? with around 4.5 or 5 inches of lift

Haven't really checked but when ever it swings open because of wind I usually just grab it but I haven't seen it swing super far out

Yes some come with d ring mounts that stick through the bumper also

Yes they do. The only ones I've seen aftermarket require you to cut it it seems

Doesn't seem to bad. He says that the cut you make doesn't matter because it reinforces the whole front end with all the mounting points

So I think I'm going to get a hidden winch mount from bad fab mounts on Facebook. To anyone who has one of his or has a hidden winch how much of the radiator support do you have to cut out?

not sure if this helps but my mj full console had the ashtray and two vents in the back. seems if you got the duct from a xj it would hook up correct

yeah ill have to find a junk gray one and just cut it down and spray paint it black. How did you mount the back plate on though?

Finished insulation today and put most of my interior back together. Only broke a couple of things !

I actually did give the engine a little bath a couple of days ago. I'll have to try to clean the connection tommrow
