I'm sort of new to this. I don't really know what that means haha. -

Didn't mess with the ignition switch. This is the big three upgrade: "A good, cost-effective improvement is to perform the "Big Three" electrical upgrade. This will vastly improve your vehicle's electrical system, allowing more current to flow easier to all components. This upgrade replaces or augments three key cables in the electrical system with 1/0 or 4 gauge wires: the battery ground to chassis wire, the chassis to engine block wire, and the alternator plus to battery plus wire. This increases your electrical system's current flow capability, ensuring a more consistent voltage under varying demand conditions." -

Nope. Completely silent. -
Hey everyone. I did a headlight harness upgrade and a "big 3" upgrade today. The headlights and electrical all work when I turn the key, but there is nothing from the engine. I double checked all my grounds and can't figure it out. Any ideas? Thanks. This morning I tried jump starting the starter which sparked. Checked all my fuses, which were all still good. I'm at a loss.

Replacing Weatherstripping on doors and windows

I need to do this too. Where did you find your widow seals? -
Cool. Thanks. I'll most likely get one in the future.

I was looking at those aluminum bottles too. Do you have a company you like more?
-
That's great. Sometimes simple is better.
-
That's awesome. Thanks for the tip

Oh yeah. I watched that a couple days ago. I love his videos. Thanks.

For sure. I'll be around here and there this summer.

I think we just mentioned the same dude.

Mauricio I found this guy in named Mauricio who has a shop called Medico De Jeep in little Ethiopia. He's been working on my MJ for the last week doing an engine rebuild. He also works on my girlfriends Cherokee. He's awesome. Super reasonable with prices. All he does is Jeeps. He knows them like the back of his hand. I recently just picked up an 88. There's also a great parts place just for Jeeps called Jeep Parts Depot over in Pacoima. Picked up a cluster for a lot cheaper than I've been seeing them on ebay.

I'm in El Sereno. Under South Pasadena. What about you?
-
I'll check it out!
-
Awesome. I'll look into it. Thanks
-
Yeah. I haven't done anything to it other than rebuild it.

I'm thinking about replacing my radiator in my 88 4.0. Does paying more for a "high performance" radiator make the difference? Aluminum vs stock? I've been doing some research and came across the Mishimoto MMRAD but I'm not sure I feel like forking over $400. Does anyone have something they really like? Thanks.

Well that's good news haha. I'm not used to that sort of thing happening. Thanks. -

Interesting. I'm not sure what year it was out of. I got it from a junk/part store. Thanks for your help. -
Oil pressure gauge not working on cluster swap

At idle it stays at 40 on the highway it's around 70. Although, right now, after regrounding the wire it was at zero, but when I just started my car to try what you said the needle jumped to 70 and moved a tiny bit when I hit the throttle. After I shut the engine off it stayed at 70. -

Ok. So when I isolated the wire it went to 80 and when I reconnected it, it went to zero. When I drive it, it stays at around 40-70 and when I park it and shut the engine off it remains at 40 still.
