  1. Prolly have to. Good enough for me. Alignment scheduled for next week. Getting there will be the true test. Super happy to be this far! Couldnt have done it without the club's help.
  2. It has an external slave, brand new clutch and fly wheel. After I bled the clutch and brakes everything seems to be doing fine. I just shift into reverse when it's off.
  3. Lifted it up and set it down again, rolled down the driveway. It's better
  4. External. I shifted to reverse with I off and it worked fine. I backed out of the garage. Looks at this f-ing tire. Wtf is that lol
  5. Got the clutch and the brakes bled I think. Brakes are holding good. I can shift but it seems rough and clunky. It won't go into reverse, grinds. Does that mean my clutch is still messed up or what?
  6. Thought I was close to done. Started the truck in neutral foot on the clutch and al most ran into the front of my garage. What should I check? Bleed the clutch?
  7. Good eye, better than mine. What's it from?
  8. I think the spacer was already broken. The nut cross threaded before it was snug. Drive shaft fits well
  9. Still waiting for one portion of this project to go as planned. Got the old bolt cut off after I cross threaded the nut. New bolt is too long and the misalignment spacer broke in half. Now i gotta wait for a new one of those and a bolt. Hoping the bolt shop had the right bolt. XO Fab in enumclaw is going to do the alignment and make sure I didnt mess anything up. Heard good things about them.

  11. Got the rear axle in, drive shaft fits good. I need to pick up some ujoint straps or ubolts to mount it tho. My misalignment spacers came in, wrong ones again. Tried to put the old ones back in with a new nylon lock nut. Not sure if they cross threaded or it was the wrong thread pitch but its seized on now and needs cut off.
  12. 12 hours of Overtime today. 12 hour shifts and 2 kids under 3. Hurt the jeep time
  13. Drive shaft showed up!
  14. Ya but it looks real good now.
  15. Had a buddy come over with his welder. Got the axle perches welded on. Unfortunately burnt through and leaked oil all over. Got it all fixed up and painted.
  16. I did not I used what came with it. Maybe a trip to the jy is in order.
  17. After installing the ax15 it no longer sits in the center of the tunnel hole. It shifts freely which is good. The issue is the plastic shift bezel doesnt fit. If the bezel is installed and the 4x4 shifter is in 2wd, all the way forward and I shift into 2nd or 4th the shifter stalk hits the bezel. Do I trim the bezel? Is there a different bezel? My ax15 is out of a wrangler and so is the shifter stalk. The stalk is shaped different than my ba10 was
  18. 12k https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/2846572542337701/?ref=search&referral_code=marketplace_search&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3A771f0a06-503a-4af2-a568-b035e37726ce
  19. Copy that. Thanks alot for your guidance!
  20. No t case drop. Ok 90° parallel to the ground. I thought you were referring parallel to each other. I see now. And I've never been accused of being an artist lol
  21. I'm back at it. This is so foreign to me so I'm sorry I need so much explaining. If the t case points down at 83° then the rear flange cannot be pointed down the same 83°. If they are parallel then the rear must point up at 97° See crappy drawing. 83° on each are not parallel. That makes both point down. Or am I so messed up
  22. Ordered my drive shaft today. Axle is set just waiting on my welder buddy to swing by. Drive shaft is 2 weeks out
