  1. I have a garage full of XJ and MJ stuff from "trying" to source parts and getting the wrong ones. So I know how you feel. No Seats Though.
  2. Just got my shirts in, they look great!!!! Thanks for customizing a little bit for me as well These shirts are exactly what Comanche guys have been wanting, but they had nowhere to find it.
  3. Thanks, I am building it in steps. First step, get it wheeling with the set up I have. Then look for things to improve. It might be completely different by the time I am satisfied.
  4. Never Introduced my self. I am Danny from Middle Tennessee and here is my 1989 Comanche Eliminator: I bought it from a friend late last year. Thought we would be done building by now, but we are still at it. Loss of time. Has a 4.7l, from when I bought it. Swapped a Ford 8.8 LSD with 4.10 and disc brakes in the rear. Dana 30 with 4.10 (locker soon) Spring over on the rear as well. Rough Country Shocks, can't remember what the front springs were (update to come) RC adjustable tracbar Right after we took these pictures, we cut the poorly homemade front bumper off, along with the front clip. In the process of doing a 97+ XJ front end swap. Need to do, to have it wheel by Dixie Run 2016 in September: Set pinion angle, weld spring perches (currently just sandwiched together for pushing around the shop) Need a new back Glass, and windshield (preferably by then) Floor Pans and figure out what direction to go Interior wise. Will keep this updated, may have left things out. From when he/she was learning to walk You see how ugly the bumper was
  5. Nice build, looking forward to the finished project. I picked up an 89 Eliminator with a 4.7 end of last year, haven't had the chance to really dig in yet. Let us know what you find out about the 4.7, any tricks or tips with any issues that come up. . :MJ 1: .
  6. PM sent
  7. Ahh, I copied and pasted the first one. That works thanks.
  8. I just tried the site, It shows that it is for sale and that's it...
  9. After you go through the wall, is there supposed to be a bracket you feed the line through? I have a mechanic friend that is helping me with some of the things I don't have the equipment for. It's at his shop. He said I have an existing line going through the firewall by the brake booster. He told me to return the line I bought. I am getting conflicting information. Can anyone clear up what that line is, what am I dealing with? Thanks in advance.
  10. Thank you for that! I kept finding the column shift answer, and it was never clear for the floor. I'll get this done today.
  11. There may be another post answering this question but I was unable to find it. Feel free to post a link if you know where it is. Scenario: I have an 89 eliminator, aw4 Trans on the floor. The cable was missing when I bought the Jeep. I purchased a shift cable with the length of 57". Question: Does anyone know (possibly have pictures) the routing of this cable? It doesn't seem long enough to route through the firewall near the brake booster like I have seen.

  13. Anyone else going to this?
  14. Some Great information on this post... I picked up an 8.8 with 4.10 and LSD for 100 bucks... still waiting on that D30 for 50 though. Hats off. Anyone around TN know of a good D30 with 4.10 let me know.
