Ok I am going to start looking for parts to do my 4x4 swap just want to verify that the trans and transfer case from 1991 thru 96 cherokee trans and transfer case is bolt in and same for front sheet metal Thanks

contacted jeep on sunday and they emailed me a build sheet already. No mention of metric ton. but they did say it had 18" tires

I'll take some tomorrow. Well my plan is to fix the body paint it convert it to 4wd I'm going to change out all the fluids tomorrow gas tank is leaking so I ordered a new one and straps. It should be here next week It seems to be leaking trans fluid from the lines I will have to replace them ac lines are rusted and previous owner put a new used radiator in that doesn't look all that great so that has to go Also it needs new rear brakes and today the hood release cable broke. But its a jeep and this is all expected

Thanks cb Well stroke the unibody is in good shape all solid so far. motor runs well trans shifts good body will need some work but what did I expect LOL. And if I am not mistaken it has a dana 44 with limited slip

Well I bought another one its a 92 2wd 4.0 auto with air

I have a 92 2wd my truck has 4wd rotors on it ( hub separate from rotor) is this common?

I'm about to buy a radiator for my 92 4.0 i believe my existing radiator is 2 core. Should i put in a 3 core and if i do is it a direct fit or do i have to modify anything . Truck also has air Thanks in advance

Well i think I'm gong to keep it 2wd. Other then floor boards the rest of the truck is in to good of shape to make into a plow truck. So I think I'll fix it up and only drive it in the summertime what are your guys opinions

Well started tearing it apart took out interior, took off bed and started cutting out the few holes on the floor boards. I'm obviously going to weld in new metal what i was wondering is has anybody used chassis saver instead of por 15 and if so how does it compare.

I have a vent window complete the handle is in good condition it just don't hold window tightly closed if this helps u ill send it to you. won't be able to get it out till the week end let me no

do you have a pull a part in your area you can try there. I'm sure another member will chime in with some answers for you

I believe its the inspection cover and yes you should have it on there to keep debris and such from getting up in there
