I can understand the fender extensions but, is the rear axle a heavy duty (full floater) and what about the front hub extensions?

Base model 2WD Dodge trucks didn't come with front sway bars. Not saying it didn't need 'em.

Yeah, tried to buy an '06 STR8. Fell in love the minute I turned the key. It's a racecar in a Jeep body for sure. Thought about it again a couple years ago (used) but went with the Challenger.

I Like cracker's approach. Definitely would help with someone like me whose looking but not informed about what you may not see on the surface. Experience is the best teacher.
