  1. It shouldn't because the interior fuse controls no part of the engine. Mine mostly toasted but it still runs.
  2. Hello all! Here's my list of odds and ends I need to get my new MJ on the road! Inner shifter boot AX 15 EGR exhaust pipe/tube Acquired! 92+ coolant reservoir and hose Acquired! 92+ electric fan Acquired! Metal washers from an H.O. valve cover 87 - 90 MJ or XJ interior fuse box Acquired! 97+ XJ front clip and doors ideally red/burgundy with power windows/locks. Throttle body Acquired! I'll update as I remember more and hopefully acquire some of these parts. Thanks for looking.
  3. Crap, I just google mapped where you are. It's 4 hours away.. Do you ever come to Pittsburgh or near for anything?
  4. Of course I know who it is! I don't have her on the road yet. I have most of the interior out to fix the floor and the fuse box under the dash.. Also have the exhaust intake and manifold off to replace the really badly cracked header.
  5. That's very far away unfortunately.
  6. Never mind that was for the old style..
  7. Depending on whether the OP wants it or not and where you're located, I'd be interested in picking up that bench.
  8. Do you come near Pittsburgh ever? how much to ship them?
  9. Do you have any idea of what that whole interior would run from them?
  10. Oops sorry, that's what I meant!
  11. I just need the throttle body itself. The screws for the TPS broke off in it when I tried to remove it for cleaning..
  12. Did no one else notice that the ad says It's Rear Wheel Drive? lol
  13. Oh. So I just need to make sure it's from a manual trans then? Or can I just swap the bracket?
  14. Is that the cable from the throttle to the pedal?
  15. TVS?
  16. Hey, There seems to be a Comanche following pretty close behind us.. Pit stop for food (and beer). We may of taken up more than one parking space.. My friend, thrilled to be out of NJ. The rest of the trip home was long and somewhat eventful. The truck only almost fell off the dolly once.. But, after many miles and stops for gas later.. I have my own Comanche sitting in my garage! Now.. The Build Begins!
  17. I may need a new throttle body.. Someone had replace the factory torx screws on my idle position sensor with cheap Phillips head screws that broke off in the body when I tried to remove it to clean the Throttle body.
  18. It's the one I have listed in my signature since I only have one.. for now.
  19. Hello everyone! I just purchased my first MJ yesterday and have been going over what needs fixed to make her anywhere near ready to drive. First up is the starting problems. She cranks for a good 15-20 secs before dramatically and loudly turning over running fairly well for a truck that hasn't been regularly driven in 7 years.. This may be caused by the fact that the exhaust manifold is leaking and the rest of the exhaust ends halfway through the muffler. My second problem is that nothing on the inside of cab works.. No working cab lights, dash lights, radio, blower motor, or door buzzer. My only lead is that where some of the interior fuses plug in, the metal part the fuse contacts with is partially broken.. Is that likely the cause for nothing working inside? and is there any way to repair that or do I have to replace it? Any ideas or comments would be greatly appreciated!
  20. 15 hours and 400 miles later, me and my friend "Azzy" (of Azzysdesignworks.com) are finally there at a fellow Club members' home! Gauge Parts

Hi all, I am looking for a blue renix tach and a small gas gauge. Let me know what you have, thanks.
  23. It needs a new exhaust header back, the brakes gone over, two fist sized rust holes on the floor patched, and the horn fixed. I'll upload pics when I get home.
  24. I just picked her up and I am heading back home with her in tow!
  25. It's grey with a bench and I happen to have a mint grey MJ carpet I got in trade. I do also have bucket seat brackets.
