You all don't know me so well, kind of new to the forum, but I showed this to the wife and she said she would like to help out. The food sounds great and with the list of movers you have it should not be a bad time. I will have to give my answer closer though as her work might pose a problem.

I want to use the extra switchs on the door for other things I will have, even the alarm button I have wired it. It is a blast to hit when you get some fool that just cut you off to hit the button and they hear the siren. I did just that the other day after a car pulled in front of me after passing me then slowed back down. You should have seen them putting on the seat belts, the whole car shifted as both front passengers we diving for the belts. The diagram is what I needed.

I got a great deal on some xj doors, they are off a 90 model, I have a 89 mj. Can someone point me with a link to the wire harness night mare please. I currently have non power everything. The new doors are full power. I need to get the drivers door on today. I am needing to get the power window working right now, the locks can wait. I do not have the entire harness to connect the doors but that should not be a problem. It it possible to just change over the window regulators and have manual (sp??) on the door that was factory. I drive this truck daily and need it to be a one day project. Thank you for any replies.

With the 2WD I guess it will be worth the time to install. I will have the fenders off as well. Thanks for the reply

I have used everything as well, be carefull with easy-off oven cleaner. It is really hard on aluminum and it takes the paint off whatever it touches but it sure does remove the grease. In the dollar stores around here they sell some stuff called "Awesome" and it is worth the one buck they charge and it works on everything. I just did my engine bay tonight.

Just want to ask this without starting a new thread, I have a 89 MJ 2 W/D with the 2.5 engine. I have striped a 90 XJ just about completly and it had the 4x4 with auto trans, 4.0 engine. I took the springs from the front and want to put them on my MJ to get a little lift out of it. Will they provide any lift? Thanks in advance. The XJ was the Larado version.

Your truck is I quess what they remembered when they made mine, black, 2.5, I have the 5 speed and I also have the zj wheels and seats. I have a tennessee truck, and have pulled the rubber back on the floor and it is clean. No rust. My trucks body has had more abuse than yours though. But it is a jeep, it can take it.

I needed a truck and work for a used car lot franchise. They have 5 lots. I seen the Jeep and the rest was history. I drive everyday, everywhere. I have the good job for the lot, I work at a farm that has about 800 cars and trucks that are bought wrecked and I pull the parts to salvage other cars or whatever is resaleable. We have 11 Cherokee's there. I been putting mine together little by little. I have a 89 MJ with the 2.5 2WD for now, it is a 5 speed trans and has been a Tennessee truck the whole time.
