  1. Lift Height Lower Control Arm Upper Control Arm 4.5” 15.75” - Stock Length 15” - Stock Length. My upper arms are 15 1/4 would this cause a problem
  2. Yes correct track bar. Yes hitting sway bar link and inside of coil is hitting back of bump stop on drivers side.
  3. Fixed lowers and fixed uppers. Replaced lowers with stock lowers still same problem.
  4. I just finished installing brackets and now drivers side is hitting sway bar link. I have 4 1/2 coils with rc lower fixed control arms and re fixed uppers. Any ideas thanks
  5. Just installed control arm drop brackets. The reason I did was the front passenger side bump stop was hitting coil. They are rough country 4 1/2 coils with rough country fixed lower arms. After installing the front drivers side coil is hitting sway bar link. So why is passenger bump stop in middle of coil and drivers side bump stop not in middle of coil and hitting sway bar link.thanks
  6. Thats what i was thinking to.Last summer driving home throttle cable broke. Had high idle replaced with new one never did idle back down unless its at start up or i shut off for acouple minuts
  7. 1990 2.5 idles high after warmed up 1200 -1300rpm. If i turn off engine for acouple minuts idles 600-700n rpm. Any idea what it could be.thanks
  8. No didnt come out either end cable broke at end going to to speedometer. What would cause this.thanks
  9. I finally got new speedomter cable on drove about 120 miles worked great. Got in it this morning started down the road nothing. Any ideas thanks
  10. oreillys was a nightmare.It was a special order part no big deal got part 2 days later.Wrong part had to fight with them just to get refund minus s&h ($7.00). They said they would order another cable. Another special order no thanks. It has being a nightmare

  12. Put my speedometer in a 1990 cherokee and what do you know it worked. Took out of cherokee put back in 1990 comanche nothing. Pulled cable out had a kink in it so went to oreillys order new one.It was the wrong one went to autozone wrong one. I need the one with the plastic tab that goes into back off speedometer not the one with the threads. Does anyone know a part # thanks

  14. A friend borrowed my mj. Called me the next day said was not working. Checked the cable was not broke took spedometer out everything looked good. All the other gauges work. Its a 1990 2.5 ax5. thanks
  15. Would changing the oil do that much damage motor only has 7000 miles on it
  16. I got motor rebuilt twice within a year what a nightmare. Has being running great since march. Changed oil last weekend same oil same oil filter (not a fram) now have a knocking sound from top of motor. Idels smooth runs great even getting better gas milage don't know why its a 2.5 ax5. any ideas. thanks
  17. Drove about 15 miles came back home same problem. I guess i am going to get the bushing and new seal hopefully this will work.
  18. Just put in new seal and high temp rtv. Hope this fixes it.thanks
  19. Took to local shop they put in new rear output seal in transfercase starting to leak again. Is there something else causing this to leak. thanks
  20. Would part # 17 be worth replacing and has anyone ever replaced. Its some kind of bushing. thanks

  23. It was the throwout bearing spring.It broke and got wedge in the fork causing clutch pedal not to go down. Drove to work everything is good. Tc was leaking so i put a new seal in still leaking. Does anybody have a part # for seal the rear of tc were driveshat goes into its a 231.thanks
  24. Peal is like concrete. Bought new clutch set slave cylinder just in case anything else i should get.Its a 1998 ax5
