  1. Already started Dissasembly and gathering parts[/img]
  2. You will need two special tools, a steering wheel puller and a lock plate removal tool to remove the steering wheel lock plate. Hardest part is fishing the wiring harness in and out of the column and not cutting off the connector.
  3. I drilled out the rivets today and exchanged the floor brackets fron the bench seat to the bucket seats. It worked perfectly, Thanks guys problem solved. :cheers:

  6. Has any one installed factory bucket seats in their MJ? I have a perfect pair out of a XJ but the floor brackets are different. :mad: Does any one have an old set of mj bucket seats with the brackets that would be willing to sell the brackets? I like to install seats as the factory does for safety and to keep an original look. Thanks

  8. That would be a short bed. What's your location? I have a shortbed drop-in bedliner that I'm gonna be selling. Man thats a shame I am on the other coast in Florida, Thanks for the info.

  10. The bed on mine measures 73" is mine a short or a long bed? The bed on my Dakota measures 5' 6" and its a short bed. Has anyone installed a hard tonneau cover on one of our trucks,and what did it fit? No one has a listing for our trucks for tonneau covers or bed liners. :mad:
  11. The first my Mj needs is paint. Any one have any tips on removing the bed so I can paint the back of the cab and the front of the bed? Bolt sizes where they are or any tips to make it easy are greatly appreciated. Thanks
