wow its been a while.......... on friday I put in my brown dog motor mounts..........good thing too the stock driverside mount was completly torn threw and the passenger side was about one drive away from being free floating too..... lol :popcorn: :popcorn: :popcorn: those brown dog mounts are the bomb no more clunk clunk clunk on take off....................Yessssssssssssssssssssssssssss!!!!! :chillin: :chillin:

Well I was running a bank deposite for work, and on my way back a person in front of an explorer decided to stop and turn without a signal...... long story short the explorer was able to stop, and I was not. :eek: bamb right into the back of them....the only damage on the explorer was the cap for the plug next to the hitch.......He decided to let me go without calling the fuz or his insurance company.... Very nice guy..... Bitter sweet fender bender.........My subaru on the other hand has some damage to the bumper and passenger front fender :wall: Oh well...... The guy I crashed into said that he felt it was not my fault.....I agree, but the cops would not...... Just thought I would share......I'm glad i was not in the comanche :shake: just goes to show there are some nice people left out on the streets :yes:

No AC :) I have a supply of R-12 so I'm not converting yet. Unless your nursing a loss over years, I would try to locate the leak. Might just be blowing money away otherwise. ;) Especially if its been uncharged and open for awhile. Moisture will reap havoc in an a/c system. Rob L. Ok well I have decided that I will replace my motor mounts before I get a new trans mount. What all is involved in replacing the motor mounts. the passenger side looks fairly easy to get to, but the driver side does not. Will some one tell me exactly what all I would need to do when replacing the mounts......I'm assuming that I'm going to need to support the enging when removing the old mounts, of course one at a time. :dunno: I'm thinking these http://browndogindustries.com/c2572-0Kj ... nts-1.aspx

Why can't you just put a mark on it with white out before you take the old ones off?? :idea:
