well thanks for your help. i ordered the front spacers separately because i saw some one else did SOA in the rear with about the same front set up and it turnout nicely.

i have included tons of pictures. I'm confused as to what is what because rustys didnt send me legit instructions to anything. I ordered the 4.5 SOA MJ lift, and in one of the boxes i got instructions to a 4.5" XJ lift... perches. track bar and unknown? maybe steering stabilizer? transfer case drop kit shims unknown? unknown? unknown? i don't think i got a brakeline extension kit when it said i should have. its my first lift kit so I'm clueless as to whats what since i wasnt given good instructions. it would help if you put the number of the picture and what it is next to it like so: picture one = all lift parts, picture two =perches....and so on.

who's bought from them? i ordered some stuff and wanted to know how long it took approximately. also they never sent me tracking number??

to LEAD: i think I'm gonna try rattle can because of how well yours came out. any input on the satin black rustoleum spray? thats what i want to use.

i forget where i ordered it from, but i just googled it and found the cheapest one. came with a new fill also!

the meats are finally on there rims! lift should be built up in about two weeks.

if i were to use my sprayer and do a semi nice paint job, how many gallons of paint would you suggest i buy? or a few people on here used spray paint (rustoleum mostly). how many cans did you end up using?

sorry but I'm not familar with exhaust. so i can buy this kit and the "turn-down" it? or is there a different kit?

i just read that the flowmaster 40 muffler is better suited for a v8. anyone on here run them with a straight 6?

yeah ive heard them! if this kit won't work ill just buy the muffler for now.

replaced the ignition control module. got the new tank but i need to get some new straps. and trying to hook this bad boy up.

i just read that a dana 44 off an XJ will also work on my comanche. does anyone disagree? I'm going to run to the junk yard for a few things and see if i can find a dana 44 of an XJ. how much would that run me? edit- i also just read that the factory D35 has 27 spline, but there are D35's with 30 spline, how can i know what mine has?

why would it break the differential? what if its the Chrysler axel?

i will snap some pics tomorow. i wouldnt even know what to charge for it? or how much shipping would run and how to ship something that big?

the lever mechanism thing is cracked completely off. if you know how to ge tthe internals neccassry to fix it then i could possibly sell it to you.

so first thing i ended up replacing was the thermostat. super easy swap. old one out new one in oh and its a one of a kind... eep comanche

do either of the rustys lifts work with 2wd? i actually read a few good reviews, but only a few. and what about the rough country lift, will that work with 2wd?

this will be a long and slow proccess. i bought my 1989 manche about a month ago. unfortunately it was the only comanche in the tri-state area, and it had to be 2wd. problems: leaky gas tank(can only fill up a quarter of a tank), thermostat needs to be replaced, two rust holes, bent and rusted rear bumper, no AC, rattle can paint, tail gate broken, front springs are sagged to the max. the only good things about the truck are obviously that it drives! and its got an all new kenwood sound system in it! so far i knocked out the tailgate issue and just got a net! buying a new tank and thermostat tonight. my plan of attack is to have the beast done by september when i go back to school, so i don't look like an idiot with a beat truck. still not sure on a lift kit, but i will be doing a 4.5" lift with 33x12.5 mickey thompson mtz's, on cragar soft 8's. also still havent picked out a locker for the rear. i also plan to put in a bench seat eventually but that will be last on the list. i will post pictures of the build as things happen! here's the only picture i have of the manche! also if you have any suggestions feel free to let me know.
