To me turning is the key word. If it were straight/ anytime noise driveshaft tcase chain. When u say turning noise i think u joints by tires wheel hubs and maybee balljoints. Just my 2 cents aint worth much but hey.

Id fix it not hard at all ive seen worse

I heard newer tanks read in reverse. The sender is resistive check ur old unit with a volt meter that has ohms. And do the same with new and compare

How are the u joints and hubs

I have not i thought about it but gas tank door will be in wrong spot. U find a good deal on them? I think they would be useable

1987 comanche 4.0 auto on the driverside what is the green sensor was black. Not used to the renix yet. Ill need to pick one up this weekend

Well i finally did it i bought my first comanche. Ive owned a few xjs so not anything really new. I am probly going to call this truck project tar as the po must have smoked 3 packs a day in it and the gray was tar brown. Did the 4x4 conversion allready about to put the ho head intake and exhaust on this week. Well names david nice to meet u all.
