  7. SOA , 2wd Springs, Finished 3 Hours Ago. Before.
  8. Little Update on the Project. RE Trackbar, LCA's and the Rear SOA are done. I still need to install the front axle and Driveline. Oh, And put in the slave cyl!! Grrr. here's the Pics. ^^ Yes, Its sitting on the Ground. The SOA was much bigger than I thought..lol...So I picked up some 6" Tj coils to through on there, Prolly about 5" on the ol' Mj. Front Axle install this coming Week. ~Ryan
  9. Nice....Thank you. how about that clutch pedal assy?
  10. Couldnt I just Remove that Linkage and Call it good? Nevertheless, Noted.
  11. Wow, Inovative. But its still coming off.
  12.
  13. 87 Comanche..... There is a Linkage rod from the Rear Diff Cover to a Vac can mounted on the frame rail......What the hell is that? No matter what it is, its coming off. ~Ryan

    What color?

OG style is very clean... IMO
  15. Q & A Session. Looking at my Pedal assy. I noticed that the clutch is lower than the brake, is that normal on a comanche? I ask because the master cylinder push rod is what is limiting it. I pulled the Master out and the rod is NOT adjustable...Bummer. The T-Case is installed already, However the shift linkage must take alot of "Tinkering" to get adjusted correctly because it feels as if there is some binding that prevents the shift to 4wd, By hand, No Probs. Just a few Questions and a update. ~Ryan
  16. mjeff87 - Whats the offset of those wheels? I like that stance.

    Getting there

  18. The T-case and 4wd Trans is in place, Are those Shift Linkages just a pain in the arse to adjust? I'm having a hard time getting it into the correct position. Its not "Stiff" It feels like Its just not fulling engaging. Talk to me. Ill post a pic. ~Ryan
  19. ok, So.....Sticking with the 2.5L Update: the Clutch Slave Cylinder is $169!!!!! So I'm going to just eat it for the sake of "Budget" and throw a new one in. Build party is in 2weeks, Going to have some friends come over and get the SOA and Front Axle installed w/Lift. Then its a matter of the clutch problem and some drivelines and its rolling under its own power. Sweet. ~Ryan
  20. Yeah, thats the reason why it was just "A thought" ..... Sounds like a time eating Nightmare....Right? ~Ryan
  21. Looking into the 4.0 Swap now, I'm thinking its not to much more work to just toss that in there, My worry is the Wiring, Whats involved there? 2.5 to 4.0 Swap guys Unite here and let me know what to expect from that. I got a line on a 4.0 Xj 2wd. ~Ryan
  22. Looks like I need a Master And Slave Cylinder, Its Internal. Anyone have any advise on the external Conversion, Maybe a Writeup on it. Also, a Photo would be great, So's when i order it I know I'm getting the right Part. (Slave and Throw are the same same in that Trans Right?) ~Thanks in Advance Ryan
  23. Thats what we wanted to hear. here's another Before Photo, having a little build party this weekend to knock out the axle swap and Lift. Just need a Seat cover and the Interior is done. Hopefully have a line on the Np231 in the near future. That will help this thing move down the road. (From what I hear)
  24. With 6" Coils and SOA I don't think I would need much cutting, Would I? I was thinking with the 2.5L 33" Tires pretty much max me out. ~Ryan No cutty cutty.
