Same MJ new leak
ricksjeepster replied to ricksjeepster's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Yes Geonovast that would be the best way to go, but I'm already visiting the court after the accident i posted a couple months ago, and talking about Mexico ; process could last forever man...between work, court, girlfriend and work at home I'll be busy 24/7 thanks to our nation wide tradition of burocratic delays... :shake: anyways ...I'm thinking about grind down the area , use an adapter and a new sender, , What the experts think about my plan?? -
Hi manchers got me a new issue with an oil leak, in the MJ's last visit to the mechanic to fix some oil leaks, they also change the oil sensor-sender, i believe that it was tightened more than its supose to and cracked the engine block, when degreasing the engine a major leak began and i started to look for it when i discovered that these piece was all covered with hi-temp silicone to prevent leaks i guess, bottom line is the damn thing is broken What can I do guys Do i need another engine ???? can I fix it somehow????

geonovast what do you think about "shuckles" for the rear lift???? are worth the money and time??? I'm just looking for a bit of lift to compensate the 4" front lift I'm about to do :typing:

BACK WITH NEW SKIN october update
ricksjeepster replied to ricksjeepster's topic in Member Projects: Your Comanches
I don't have an exact number but based on the budget by a body shop manager it will be between 750 and 900 bucks, i have found a few parts like tail lights and rear window in near places in a very good price so if theres a little money in the pocket i will use it for the 97+upgrade I was thinking about doing the chinese 2500 upgrade but then i got this crazy thought about having an accident where my imported parts could get all damaged and all the mess that i´ll have to go tru´ so I can get a new set of it . Then this accident happened so i decided to go for the 97+ ;) wich will be easier for me to find parts for the MJ -

BACK WITH NEW SKIN october update
ricksjeepster replied to ricksjeepster's topic in Member Projects: Your Comanches
I took it for a last "low" ride before the 4" lift 3 days before lift then a drunk bastard appears broke the rear window with my head skull print while waiting for a green light this stupid-drunk guy did not even try to stop, he stoped at my rear bumper and spare tire (wich ended in the middle of the avenue) since this took place in Baja Mexico it´s gonna be a long legal process until i get paid and recover myself from the injuries i got that day really sucks... -
