  2. The jeep is gone but the hydro-boost is back home in Virginia. my dad might be able to send me pics if not it'll have to wait till i go home, and i have know idea when that will be.

  4. yea i'm sure... there's no vacuum brake booster, no lines going to and from the power steering pump. it did have a separate electric pump with a high pressure feed line and a low pressure return. it also had a nitrogen charged accumulator like a normal hydro-boost. it did have abs and i have worked on a lot of vehicles. they use this setup on some medium duty trucks. one of the international porta-john trucks at work have this setup.
  5. has any one else seen the electric over hydraulic hydro-boost. it was in a 91 limited cherokee 4.0, aw4, 242 i parted out with my father and a friend.
  6. Grab an early 90's XJ non disco and put a set of TJ axle shafts in it. I'd stay away from GC shafts because some are actual CV's instead of u-joints. This is the route my father and i both went. :chillin:

  13. i've got the original motor with 150,000+ on it and its 20+mpg with 31x10.5x15 and the ax 5 and stock 3.55's.
  14. no it should get around 20. how much blowby do you have and have you done a tune up or anything recently. i changed the plugs to bosch platinum 4's and replaced my o2 and got +5 mpg.
  15. i've bought a couple of metric ton comanches and they all had another set of overload springs.....maybe i'm just crazy. oh and they both were 90 4L autos. and isn't that the 2.5?
  16. as long as it beer it gets drank for the most part. no natty lite or that crap. busch or BL for beer pong. anything microbrew to drink when workin on the manche....
