  2. Looking for lift parts. Trying to piece something together everything considered. Thanks
  3. Ive got one, Let me know if you still need it and Ill check on shipping options.
  4. ^^^ Gotcha, didnt think about that... Of course it had to be the passenger side! Lots of turns and angles in the line...
  5. yes, the hard line and yes, disconnected both ends and tried blowing air through. I like the speedo cable idea, Ill try that tomorrow.
  6. I recently bought an MJ that has sat for who knows how long. I believe the RF brake line is plugged up. Ive tried blowing air through it with no success. Anyone have any ideas?
  7. Great thread! Just read the entire thing. When you put the XJ seats in did you use the XJ floor mounts or custom mount them?
  8. Nice Bus! Looks like a 356 in the garage too! Great looking MJ as well, you don't see the long beds getting much love like you gave it.
  9. all of a sudden my MJ is getting 9mpg on a good day! Its a 91 with a complete 98 conversion. I do not have the emmisions system all hooked up. Would that cause bad mileage? What should I look at first to see why its getting bad fuel mileage? Thanks is advance!
  10. TJ tank works great! The only problem is the filler neck. I cut a hole in the bed and ran it up thru it.
  11.  I like it!
  12. So, I don't see a Cherokee listed on RedlineGoods website for steering wheel wraps. Did you send in your wheel to get a free one?
  13. glad you mentioned that, it does but its an early 90's XJ. Does anyone know if the seat hinge brackets still work?
  14. Excellent! I'll start by checking all the connections. Thanks for the heads up fellows. Not a whole lot of picture worthy updates. Been busy fixing more little stuff. Scored a set of heated mirrors off a limited over the weekend. Also found a 2 door xj that I'm trying to go back for the seat hinges! I need some worm weather so I can start on the body work and get this thing looking sexy!
  15. Kansas City, KS, Turner to be percise.
  16. I'm in need of the plastic dish that the seat belt sits in, in the B pillar. I need both sides. if you have them please let me know how much you want as well as shipping to 66106 zip code. Thanks
  17. Done! I was organizing my folders and didnt fix the links. Waunder what else is not show up... :dunno:
  18. To others that have done the 97+ conversion, where did you mount the charcoal canister?
  19. wanted to throw up some more pics of the MJ Still working on getting the Brake Light and Air Bag lights to shut off. The E-Brake just needs hooked up and that will fix that light but the Air Bag light might be a little harder. I need to double check but I may be missing the front sensor for the air bags. I used a TJ fuel tank in the rear most portion of the truck. You can see that it tucks up nicly and doesnt hang down much at all. It uses a factory TJ skid plate to hold it. I was thinking about upgradeing to an aftermarket skid to really protect it. I ran braided stainless line from the tank up to the fuel rail and AN fittings to make the connections.
  20. got a bunch of little items worked out today! Nothing picture worthy... Door locks installed Heater blowing out all the vents (it was vaccum related) Going to the U Pull It tomorrow after work to get the emision items that I'm missing and a few other odss and ends.
  21. I'm a VW fan at heart! That one is a 64 Beetle. We also have a 59 Beetle. My pride and Joy is a 69 Bus. Image Not Found
  22. trying to reread the thread and it looks like you are still running a modified MJ tank, is that right? Hows it working out? Mine came with a TJ tank and XJ pump/sender. Its mounted all the way in the back where the spare tire used to be. The filler comes up thru the bed floor.
  23. Well... Its vacum related. All the pick in pull yards that I knew of had no 97 or newer XJ's to compare mine to. I found another yard about 45 min from the house and they had one. I'm missing all the hard plastic lines and the vacum reserve ball. Luckily this one had them so I was able to get them. I should have functioning heat tomorrow!
  24. Awhile back I bought a 91 MJ for my son, and the previous owner had started the 97 and up conversion. Mine happens to be a 98. We got it running for the most part but he lost interest and Ive had no luck trying to sell it, so I'm just going to keep it. First order of business is to fix the heater controls! Its cold out side!!! I have no vacum at the control so it defaults to defrost. I have A LOT of pluged off vacum ports on the engine and I'm unsure where the vacum comes into the cab. Can anyone help with a pic of the line and where it comes from? here is what I'm starting with Image Not FoundImage Not Found
