Wilderness lodge is home,but any disney resort.We go as much as possible 10 times last year.My fiancee is a DVC member and can't get enough,big pin collector ....about 7000.That place is so unreal,I was amazed when I went the first time 2 years ago,never thought Id like it.

Man everyone is goin there this month,we are leavin for Disney on the 17th.(time share there)Like I said befor Pete if you want some pins ,let me know.There all new on cards and if you just want traders I can really get you a deal.PM me if interested,maybe I can catch you there to get my hats ....lol

I'm going to take some pics tomarrow.I'm not sure if they got the one side totally released to where you can lift it or if its just up a little ,but when I go over there I will try to pull it and get to the middle.Worst case I can find a hood.Thanks will keep posted!!

I recently found a clean cherokee with low miles .My intentions were a 4.0 donor for my comanche,but the thing is clean and I am a close friend to the seller,so I know its history.Problem is it was put on a computer and #5 cylinder is dead.Bigger problem is that they tried to check it when the hood release broke.I guess it has two latches ,one side poped and the other they have supposably tried everything from pullin out lights,bezels,grill,tried gettin it from underneith,no luck!!!My questions are #1 should I buy it for 500 without really knowing the problem?#2 How do I get the hood open?#3Where do I start with this dead cylinder?Is there a comon problem on these late 90s 4.0s Thanks

My girlfriend was great about me getting my 86 manche.BUT(big but)when I picked it up on a friday night I made her go wheelin with me.Just wanted to see what it would do,nothing big cuz we were alone 10 miles from my house.Well needless to say the first hole i went in was quite bigger than i thought ...water over the head lights,inside the cab....stuck!!!!!!it wasnt good.As i got out of the truck it started rainin,when i looked at her she said you can walk home and get the dodge,I'm not walkin (very pi**ed)So on my walk I got someone to take me close to home,they even sold me a tow stap.It was all cool I was only gone about 15 min. and I had my dodge4x4 and a tow strap.Well now it has rained so hard thatI had to pull it from behind,she drove the manche in reverse and i pulled.....then....i herd it....glass shattering.yup the strap broke and took out the rear window of the manche and was layin in the pass side seat,And her ...well she was fine(bawling hysterically)I had to take her home.It rained all night so on Saturday no one would come get it out.I ended up gettin a winch.And lets just say that Tami hates the manche and any thing doin with it.So now I recruit copilots.And this is known as the time I tried to kill her.

yes 2.8 .Why is it the lack of power?Cuz I would like to go to a 4.0 yet I'm not sure if i would have to swap out trany and all.I do agree I would like more power yet it seams there is enough to get me up any hill and I don't spin tires and lose traction.I love my manche and plan on keepin it and doin alot of mods ,like I said its an off road rig.I already have all of the parts for the things i listed i was doing exsept the tube for my bumpers,its coming.Yet any advice you could send i would apriciate and if you could tell me whats all involved in amotor swap please let me know.thanx

Yeah this manche of mine is turning into a offroad only rig.I put a 2" lift,2"wheel spacers,17"rims with 35"procomp tires.I cut out the rear and removed the front fenders to acomadate the tires.I don't want to go to high cuz it is a great hill climber.Putting fuel cell in bed and optima dry cell battery in bed as well.My rear window busted on a trail so I got grating witch I'm going to weld across it,and then I have some lexan glass I'm going to wingnut to it to keep some waterout.My future plans include makin tube bumpers to accomadate my 10,000 pound winch with auxilary deep cycle batery probally goin to end up in bed too.I am makin rock sliders and puttin a roll cage in.I am mounting a permanent tow bar on front so my dodge 2500 4x4 can pull it where ever I go.So I think I have it pretty much figured out except how to keep water out of my carb and intake.I am thinkin that the snorkels are pretty costly and if I could do the cab relocation it might work concidering heat and cabin pressure don't aply to me without a back window....besides I might even pull my doors and sell them,then build tube doors.Muy doors are solid if I decide to sell I will post in classifides.

Well I have a 86 manche and Ive been going back and forth on this tell me what you think.I want to relocate my airbox,some have said snorkel tube yet I think I will lose visability and I trail ride and have already lost mirrors and lights.I have also heard of cjs running there air boxes into the glove box,is this possible and worth the trouble?
