That wasn't my auction, sorry. What do you need? I parted out the black one because it didn't have a title and it was just a 2.5, 4 speed manual, 2wd with a 3.55 D35 rear. My tan 88 (dubbed '$#!& bomb') is the one that's getting the donor parts...removed tan interior, replacing with black plastic except for door panels, since I got doors, fenders, bumper, caps, flares, and grill/header off an 01 (with power mirrors/locks/windows! ) But I have lots of tan interior stuff up for grabs, seat belts out of a 99xj...just tell me what you need and I might be able to find it somewhere in my tool shed...I try not to go out there much, it's cramped.

It's ok to run with no front diff cover, as long as you don't have a front driveshaft in....right? :nuts:

I'm almost positive that the black doors and panels came off an 89 though...but it didn't have a title when I stripped it. It was the 2.5, 4 speed, D35 rear, 2wd, with a bench seat, but no SporTruck sticker.

I'm actually doing this exact swap right now, but you're farther than I am. What's your clearance like between the oil pan and the front axle beam? I've got a 350, and I might be interested in a set of headers, if you're making them. Also, I saw on a previous page that someone was putting autometer gauges in a stock cluster. Looked really good. I'm doing something a little different with mine though, I got a piece of thin wood panel from the lumber yard, and I'm going to mount them in there. Reason being because I want a speedometer that goes higher than 85 (Autometer is 160) and I want a tach, next to it, not the kind with the monster light on it. I'll post pics and details in the next few weeks when I get time to start my own thread.

Black MJ panels with crank windows and manual locks? I've got a set, still on the black doors. Missing one armrest, that's it. I've got a tan set too, on tan doors with both armrests still, are those as 'rare' as the black ones?
