  1. I've also considered the conversion, mainly because my park brake pedal is so loosy goosy. If you just touch it with your toe getting out of the Jeep it releases and takes some jiggling around to set it. Like wise my clutch and brake pedals are very loose on their pivots, wobbling around when using. Probably will replace the pivot rod and those plastic bushings.[/img]
  2. That "drifter" in the video looks like Danica Patrick coming out of the pits!
  3. Thanks for the info. Funny enough, I was thinking about the abreviations and thought how peculiar, I know SOB but SOA hmmm, then it came to me..something to do with springs. spring over, spring under.yep. BTW, hvng trble w/OYD, any sugs? Only kidding, no I don't expect anyone to spell out everything. I kinda like word puzzles. Also love this club! Can't tell you how many times it's saved my butt working on my MJ. I belong to several forums, mostly to do with Lotus cars, but none are even close to the usefullnes of this web site. 4. OK, I'll bite...what the heck (WTF) is an SOA? SUA? By the way (BTW) since this is the Tech section of the Forum, when writing anything using common abreviations, it is proper to use the complete term spelled out first and then illustrated with the abreviation in parenthesis that you intend to use in your contribution.
  5. Close spelling. I'm in TaCOMa, Washington. :USAflag:
  6. I found a Pendaliner in a Comanche in a JY. $25.
  7. Got my set today (14th), ordered on the 7th, pretty good turn around I'd say. They look great, haven't had time to install yet. Thanks to Wojciech for fast, hastle free transaction.
  8. I once had an early Lotus Elan that leaked so bad it would fill up to the door sills. Used to have to bail the drivers side to drive home. finally gave up and drilled drain holes in the floor. It still leaked, but the water went right through. Make sure the drain holes in the fresh air vent in front of the windshield isn't plugged with leaves.
  9. I'm wondering where the water goes when it's raining like crazy, as it often does in Seattle, especially the Le Baron ones. Anyone having any problems with wet ignition?
  10. I just ordered a set for my 89 MJ 4.0L. Payed with Google's "pay pal system" Order sent Wednesday 8/07. Received confirmation and order number almost instantly, with message that they will be sent "soon." Wonder what that means. Keeping my fingers crossed. Will report delivery.
  11. It would have been "nise" if he'd spelled it "nice"!!!
  12. Thanks for th info. Jess
  13. I have a center console with brackets from an XJ (I think since it also has some ducting) Has anyone put one in an MJ that could give me some tips? Did Consoles come with bucket seat MJs? does it have mounting holes already drilled or is it fit and drill operation? Thanks for any help or info. Jess '89 MJ 4x4 shorty
