H60Gunner
What's up everyone, just wanted to say hi. I just picked up an MJ for free off my sister in-law's boyfriend. Which came at just the right time. The unibody on my XJ is now officially toast, so I'll be swapping over all my parts to the MJ. Plans for the build are..... - Engine, tranny, and xfer case out of my 97 XJ swapped into the MJ. - Ditching the axles and swapping in a D60 I have in the garage, and another full width front end when I find one for the front. Either a 44 or 60 whatever I can get my hands on really. - I have an ARB bumper on my XJ I'll either be re-using that or selling it and going with a stinger style bumper. - Going to Trim alot on the front and rear (or just ditch the bed) and put on some 38-40's. - Wheel the hell out of it. TNT
Welcome. With 38-40" tires a front 60 woould be the way to go. I have a HP DRW D60 that I can get for a good price if you aren't too far away. As for trimming follow my posts and ask any questions you need too.
