ROADLESS Posted May 2, 2006 Share Posted May 2, 2006 I had a similar problem, only my gauges were not reading correctly, some seemed stuck, others went up and down. Ended up being the braided engine to body ground at the back of the head! I completely removed it (the nut that attaches it to the back head bolt) and cleaned out the engine grime which had accumulated on the back head bolt and nut over time.
