Tracker Posted March 22, 2008 Posted March 22, 2008 My stock photo program is MS Photo Editor. It's nothing special as it was what came with Windows 2000. All I do is open any photo with it, click the pull-down menu under "Image", then click on re-size. Then I can chose the exact size, by pixels, that I want the photo to be. I think avatars are 150 by 100. I'm guessing that each operating system is different though.
