Header panel screw inserts for grille mounting

Does anyone know where I can get these? They are the plastic inserts that go into the header that secure the grille screws. They are about 1/4" square. I also need the push pin version for the seat base trim. Since I just remembered, I also need the two rubber bumpers that go on the left and right side inner fender that keeps the hood aligned when closed. Mine are missing   Getting my truck ready for paint.

The grill screw retainers are a GM part. That should make it a lot easier to find. As for the bumpers. I might have a couple. Don’t quote me on that as I’d have to dig around for them.
