Salvagedcircuit
I've read threads here and on other jeep forums about 4 hole dodge injectors. I was thinking of grabbing 2 sets of dodge neon injectors off ebay, ultrasonically cleaning them, getting a new o-ring kit and some ev6 pigtails. example https://www.ebay.com/itm/177527270433 I was going to get a set of fuel rails from scrapyard auto parts dealers on ebay in hopes of getting real oem parts and not clones. Has anyone done this? Thoughts? Thanks a ton!
Gojira94
Those Neon injectors are Bosch 0280155703 and flow about 242cc/min. And that’s too much by quite a bit. Stock Renix or early HO running 31-39psi run best with injectors between 196-220cc/min. The Bosch injector from Volvo 2.4 & 2.9L motors is 0280155746 and flows 208cc/min. (Flow rates are based on 3 Bar/ 43.5psi)

Gojira94
Not too common in the boneyards these days. Mid-90s 960 would be one. Cruiser54 used to mention Trevor at Skankfoot Racing for reconditioned flow-matched sets. Injectorrehab.com is one I’ve dealt with before, they do the same and include a flow report card. Hard part is the 746 is in short supply these days, but these might be the ones: https://injector-rehab.com/product/87-98-jeep-4-0-upgrade-19lb-set-6-copy/
Gojira94
The Ford Modular V8 (4.6L) is Bosch 0280155700. It's 192cc/min. I want to say a couple guys on here have gotten those from Trevor as well and had great results. Those should be easy to find in the US boneyards. Mustangs, Crown Vics, some Explorers, Expedition, F-150, E-series vans, to name a few. They're a yellow EV6 long size body with Jetronic connector. Around 14.5 Ohms, good choice. Tactical Bacon
I've got Autoline 16122 (or 16-122) in my 92 4.0, rated for 22 GPH at 43.5 PSI and with the coveted 4 holes. The fitment I looked up is for a 95-97 Neon. No increase in fuel economy or HP, naturally, just felt like replacing the 220k mile stockers.
