Coolant Leak Help for a Newbie

Hi everyone.  I'm hoping the Camanche Club can help me figure out what's the best way to deal with this coolant leak.  I inherited  this 2wd 89 Jeep Comanche 4.0 with manual transmission from my dad.  I hasn't run for years.  I does start up and run.  It didn't seem to have coolant when I got it, so I flushed the coolant system, and added coolant and distilled water.  The next day, I noticed that coolant was leaking from the fitting in the picture.  It's on the driver side of the radiator. I don't have much experience with cars.  This will be the first car I work on.  Any advice for me regarding the leak?  I'm also not sure why the fitting is plugged with a bolt.  Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Where it's leaking is the lower radiator hose, might just need to be tightened, or hose replaced. 

 

The smaller line is usually an auto trans cooler line, but you said it's a manual, so I'm lot on that one.

the little hose is a transmission cooler line for an automatic Jeep.  shouldn't be there so I'm assuming the radiator came used from another Jeep?

Comanche SS you're right. I stuck a mirror under the lower radiator hose an it is leaking.  It's still leaking after tightening as much as I can, so I'll try a new one. Pete, I'm not sure where the radiator came from.
