It works great to remove the factory seam sealer so you can get down to clean metal and find any hidden rust on that toe-floor panel seam. Hey that's an excellent idea. I am intimately familiar with those, and I had forgotten about them.
Elwiscon
I replaced my passenger side, It takes some work but definitelly worth it. I used rivets and 3M panel adhesive, if i knew how to weld I would’ve welded it https://comancheclub.com/topic/73140-no-weld-floor-pan-replacement/#comment-765517
Spinnakerblue89
What all did you end up cutting out of your floor?
Spinnakerblue89
Well it's been a while, yay failing AC units and plumbing upgrades! (for the house) It looks like I'll need to replace the inner rocker panels and outer rocker panels also. Cab corners and I think even the dog legs may need replaced too.
