Pictures pretty much sum it up..

I will say it would have looked a little better if I had built it up where the door card had vanished.

Materials were plastic no parking sign , vinyl and plastic glue( 30 min) and duct tape.

I was gonna attempt this with actual door card material. My hold up was tracing the original card right and finding the right staples. 
 

But that’s another way to fix the soggy door issue.
